Hi, I’m Harriet…

After graduating from King’s College London in 2015, I stepped into the corporate world—a career path I hadn’t planned but found myself in. Four years flew by, and while I enjoyed elements of it, something felt off. I was following a path that didn’t excite me.

Fitness, however, was always my constant. I competed in triathlons across the UK, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wasn’t reaching my full potential sitting at a desk from 9 to 5.

At 26, I took the plunge.

I left the corporate world behind and jumped into the deep end of Personal Training. It was the best decision I’ve ever made.

“My approach is all about balance. I’ll never ask you to give up the foods you love or punish yourself for enjoying life.”

Personally, I love Sauvignon Blanc, Gu puddings, and the occasional Domino’s pizza too much to cut them out—and I wouldn’t expect you to either! Instead, I focus on sustainable, long-term strategies that build confidence and healthier habits without extremes.

To my clients, I’m more than just a trainer.

Hi, I’m Bec…

I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Coach specialising in weight loss, body recomposition, and building women’s confidence.

Five years ago, I stepped away from the beauty industry and into fitness and have never looked back! Since becoming an online coach, I have supported hundreds of women to feel the most strong, confident version of themselves.

Having faced my struggles along my own health journey, including endometriosis, I have experienced first hand how female health barriers can impact how we may show up day to day. I’m passionate about helping women manage all health challenges, such as; PCOS, PMDD, PMS, and menopause through personalised nutrition and exercise, as well as supporting pre- and post-natal journeys.

I’m proud to build the EMPWR community alongside Harriet, offering highly personalised, holistic 1:1 coaching to help women develop lasting habits and achieve unstoppable results.

How We Met

“I first met Bec three years ago at a fitness event in Shoreditch, where I was teaching a class (yes, with my signature negative push-ups!). We instantly connected over our shared love for fitness and empowering women.

Over the years, we stayed in touch through Instagram, sharing positive content and cheering each other on. When the opportunity came to partner, it just felt right—our values and vision aligned perfectly. Now, we’re combining our strengths to create the most supportive, inclusive experience for our clients!”
