How Does Online Coaching Work?

We will chat through this in alot more detail on your call, but in a nutshell online personal training provides customised fitness coaching remotely through apps, videos, and messaging.

I will create ever evolving workouts and nutrition plans based on your goals, track progress, and offer guidance via video calls, texts, apps, and most importantly via your very in-depth weekly video check-ins where I will send you thorough notes on the previous week's training and offer directives for the following week. It is NOT a case where I am some remote figure who you never have contact with.

To the contrary, you will have far more contact time and support from me than you would a regular in-person PT. 

How do I communicate with my coach and how often?

You can communicate with me via text and video calls. Depending on which package you choose we will have frequent video calls to check-in on your progress. I also utilise fitness apps and platforms where you can upload workout videos, track progress, and message me for ongoing support and adjustments.

Will I see results from online coaching?

In my experience, clients actually see far better results with online coaching vs. in-person coaching. I will have far more involvement in your day-to-day training and nutrition than I would if we were only seeing each other once per week for an hour, which will help you achieve your goals faster and more effectively. 

Can online coaching be customised depending on fitness experience?

Absolutely. Each programme is tailored to each client and will evolve every 6-8 weeks as you progress.
