There is no need to live in London to become part of the community. The EMPWR Method clients span the globe from Zimbabwe to New York!

Budget


Online Coaching is far more financially friendly than the expense of face-to-face personal training. You also get a far more bespoke, constantly evolving, and results-driven service than you would with traditional face-to-face personal training.

Time


To get the most out of EMPWR, there is no need for our schedules to be perfectly aligned. You’ve effectively got me, your PT, in your pocket the whole time for round-the-clock support!

Harriet

I’m Harriet. After graduating from King’s College London in 2015 I embarked on a Grad Scheme at one of the world’s largest tech companies. 4 years later and I could no longer deny my vocation: Health and Fitness. 

Experience

My experience in the Corporate World was invaluable for informing the kind of PT I wanted to be. The prevailing narrative in the various global offices I worked in seemed to be that fitness was only for the genetically blessed and that to find a way to hit fitness goals whilst working full time was nothing short of impossible. 

I realised I needed to create a coaching community based on the ethos of inclusivity, breaking down the barriers to ‘wellness’, and showing my clients that all their fitness goals are possible with guidance. 

The EMPWR Method

For three years I worked as an in-person PT but I felt limited in those hourly workouts to help my clients reach their full potential.  In order to give a more bespoke, 24/7 service to each client, I founded The EMPWR Method in 2022. 

Jump forward another few years and The EMPWR Method has grown exponentially; from our wonderful clients, to the community that had been created with those clients.  

From hearing my clients weekly check-ins, having our quarterly meet ups, competing together at Hyrox and Turf Games events, this group inspire and motivate me to be the best coach I can every day, something I will never take for granted.
